1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of ClipToContent, operated by MULTTECH LLC. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload, process, or generate content that is:

• Illegal: Child exploitation material, terrorism content, criminal activity, illegal goods/services
• Infringing: Copyright or trademark violations, content used to bypass DRM or paywalls without authorization
• Harmful: Violence, threats, hate speech, harassment, dangerous activities, self-harm content
• Explicit: Pornography, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation
• Misleading: Misinformation, deepfakes, phishing, scams, spam
• Malicious: Malware, viruses, hacking instructions, account takeover attempts

Important: Just because content is publicly available (e.g., on YouTube) does not mean you have the right to transcribe or use it. Respect copyright and fair use principles. See our Copyright Policy.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Circumvent rate limits, credit restrictions, or service controls
• Create fake accounts or share account credentials (unless on an approved team plan)
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to abuse the Service
• Launch DDoS attacks or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Engage in payment fraud, identity fraud, or provide false information
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the privacy of other users

4. Copyright Compliance

Before transcribing or processing third-party content, ensure you have the legal right to use it (e.g., it's your own, you have permission, or your use qualifies as fair use). Fair use is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsure, consult legal counsel.

Repeat Infringer Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. If we receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices against your account, we will terminate your account. See our Copyright and DMCA Policy.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations. If you violate this policy, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Remove or disable access to violating content
• Temporarily restrict access to certain features
• Temporarily or permanently suspend your account
• Terminate your account and ban you from creating new accounts
• Pursue legal action or report illegal activity to law enforcement

Zero Tolerance: Child exploitation, terrorism, and severe illegal activity result in immediate permanent termination and law enforcement referral.

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating this policy, you will not receive a refund. See our Refund Policy.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or activity that violates this policy, please report it to us at abuse@cliptocontent.ai. Include a description of the violation, relevant URLs or account information, and any supporting evidence.

For copyright infringement, use our DMCA process.

7. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting us at appeals@cliptocontent.ai within 30 days. Include your account email, date and reason for suspension/termination (if known), explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect, and any supporting evidence. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis and respond within 10 business days.
