This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your ClipToContent subscription and our policies regarding refunds. By subscribing to ClipToContent, you agree to this policy.

MULTTECH LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates ClipToContent, a digital service. This policy applies to all subscription plans.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Subscription Plans

ClipToContent offers multiple subscription tiers:

  • Free Plan: Limited credits with no billing
  • Starter Plan: Monthly or annual subscription with increased credits
  • Pro Plan: Monthly or annual subscription with premium credits and features

2.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Billed every 30 days from your subscription start date
  • Annual subscriptions: Billed every 12 months from your subscription start date

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

2.3 Credits System

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation
  • Credits are consumed when you use transcription, generation, or other AI-powered features
  • Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle
  • Unused credits from the current period do not roll over to the next period (unless otherwise stated for your plan)

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Account Settings: Log in to your account, go to Settings → Billing, and click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Email Request: Contact us at support@cliptocontent.aiwith the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include your account email

3.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Important: Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period, not immediately.

  • If you cancel on January 15 and your billing period ends on January 31, you retain access until January 31
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • You can continue using the service and your remaining credits until the end of the period

3.3 What Happens After Cancellation

When your subscription ends:

  • Your account is downgraded to the Free plan
  • Unused paid plan credits are forfeited
  • You receive the free tier's credit allocation
  • Your content and history remain accessible (subject to Free plan limits)
  • You can resubscribe at any time

3.4 Free Trial Cancellation

If you are on a free trial:

  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription auto-converts to a paid plan and billing begins

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Refund Policy

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our service, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

When you subscribe and use ClipToContent:

  • You immediately gain access to the service and can consume credits
  • Digital services (transcriptions, AI generations) are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned"
  • Our costs (AI API calls, infrastructure) are incurred immediately upon use

For these reasons, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused credits within a billing period
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (outputs are inherently variable)
  • Change of mind after purchase

4.2 Exceptions: When Refunds May Be Available

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally billed twice for the same period
  • Billing Errors: If we made a clear error in billing (e.g., charged the wrong amount)
  • Service Failure: If the service was completely unavailable for an extended period and we failed to provide the service you paid for
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization (you must report this promptly and provide evidence)
  • Legal Requirements: If required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

  • Your account email
  • Transaction details (date, amount)
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

We will review and respond within 5-10 business days.

4.3 Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or early cancellation. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the billing period but will not receive a refund for the unused time.

4.4 Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for 12 months. If you cancel an annual subscription:

  • The cancellation takes effect at the end of the 12-month period
  • No prorated refund is provided for the remaining months
  • You retain access for the full 12-month period you paid for

Exception: Within the first 14 days of an annual subscription purchase, if you have not used significant credits (e.g., less than 10% of your annual allocation) and have not previously received a refund from us, we may consider a refund request at our discretion. 5. Chargebacks and Disputes

5.1 Contact Us First

If you have a billing concern or dispute, please contact us directly before initiating a chargebackwith your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

5.2 Chargeback Consequences

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • Loss of access to your content and account data
  • Forfeiture of any remaining credits or subscription time
  • Potential fees to recover chargeback costs
  • Inability to create a new account in the future

If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or without merit, we reserve the right to pursue collection and legal remedies.

5.3 Legitimate Disputes

If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@cliptocontent.ai
  2. Provide details of the disputed charge
  3. We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days
  4. If the charge is confirmed as unauthorized, we will issue a full refund and secure your account

6. Failed Payments

6.1 Retry Attempts

If your payment method fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds):

  • We will notify you via email
  • We will attempt to re-bill your payment method several times over the next 7-14 days
  • Your account may be temporarily suspended during this period

6.2 Account Suspension

If payment continues to fail:

  • Your account will be suspended (no access to paid features)
  • After 30 days, your subscription may be cancelled
  • You may lose accumulated credits and data (subject to our retention policies)

6.3 Reactivation

To reactivate a suspended account:

  • Update your payment method in account settings
  • Pay any outstanding balance

7. Price Changes

We may change our pricing from time to time. Price changes:

  • Will not affect your current billing cycle
  • Will apply at your next renewal date
  • Will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance via email

If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

8. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.). You are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your purchase. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address.

9. EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Withdrawal)

For EU/EEA consumers: Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

However, you expressly agree and acknowledge that:

  • ClipToContent is a digital service that begins immediately upon subscription
  • By subscribing and using the service (consuming credits, generating content), you request that we begin performance before the 14-day withdrawal period expires
  • As a result, you waive your right to withdraw once you have begun using the service

If you subscribe but do not use any credits or service features within the 14-day period, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@cliptocontent.ai.

10. Other Jurisdictions

If you are located in a jurisdiction with consumer protection laws that provide additional rights (e.g., Australia's Consumer Law, UK Consumer Rights Act), those rights apply in addition to this policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable law.
