1. Introduction
MULTTECH LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This Copyright and DMCA Policy explains how to report copyright infringement and our procedures for responding to DMCA notices.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe that content on ClipToContent infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent.
2.1 Required Information
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material (URLs, account names, specific content)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature

2.3 False Notices
Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages if you knowingly materially misrepresent that content is infringing. Before submitting a notice, ensure you own the copyright or are authorized to act, the content actually infringes, and your statements are accurate.
3. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt (typically within 1-2 business days)
- Investigate the notice and allegedly infringing content
- Remove or disable access to the content if valid (typically within 3-5 business days)
- Notify the user who uploaded the content
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed
- Your contact information
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
- Your signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. We will wait 10-14 business days. If no lawsuit is filed, we may restore the content. If a lawsuit is filed, we will keep the content down pending the outcome.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices will have their accounts permanently terminated and be prohibited from creating new accounts.
6. Fair Use and User Responsibility
Fair use is a legal doctrine that permits limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, or research. Fair use is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to transcribe and process third-party content. Just because content is publicly available (e.g., on YouTube) does not mean you have the right to use it. If you are unsure, consult legal counsel.
